Easy to understand, great illustrations and many ideas for workouts.. Bennett's guidelines will enable you to get by on less medication, as well as give you the satisfaction that you're taking charge of your destiny. As time goes by, they begin to rely on each other and see just how much they have in common. To help the lesser informed better understand what 60's stock category drag racing was all about, the book opens with a chapter dedicated to the years 1955 through 1963, the years which the ground work for stock eliminator was layed. Having all those sauces and dressings ready to go really speeds up cooking. This of course is not a diet book but an awesome tool. And if you wanted more detail about the Skunk Works, check out the book by Ben Rich. I'll just add my two cents and say this book was horribly written and way overpriced when it was published in 2005. It was, to me, at times a very sweet and tender story as well.
