A tremendous amount of research has been done on Columbus over the centuries and this book seems to touch on the major findings and integrates them well into the overall story. Being a former volunteer firefighter, I was delighted to learn about the crucial role the volunteer fire compnay plays in their well-being!
I'd recommend this book for Chincoteague afficionados of all ages. I wanted to build something beautiful and the "anti-McMansion".
