Dogs of all shades, shapes, and dispositions introduce children to numbers as they count their surroundings from one to ten. On each spread, children count the clues to discover the missing number and complete the rhyme!Dog Number 1, Dog Number 10 takes readers through a world of playful pups that love to count! Each spread's rhyming text leaves out the last word, allowing little ones to chime in and shout out the missing number. The amusing illustrations provide countable clues for the numbers that have been left out. With Dog Number 1, Dog Number 10, accomplished illustrator Ami Rubinger once again turns his humorous and imaginative eye to an otherwise simple subject. This is the third in a series of well-received rhyme completion books from Rubinger, all of which use his signature fun, fill-in-the-blank technique to teach children about various concepts like counting. Dog Number 1, Dog Number 10's colorful, computer-generated canines will make little faces

Editorial : Praise for Dog Number 1, Dog Number 10:"Visually, it's got plenty of pizzazz…" — Kirkus Reviews"…The rhymes alone should be enough for most kids to supply answers, but abundant visual clues in Rubinger’s kinetically off-kilter scenes provide additional hints." — Publishers WeeklyPraise for Rubinger's I Dream of an Elephant:"This is a beautifully conceived book. The stylized illustrations are a treat for the eyes this book should find a place in most collections." — School Library Journal"Besides learning colors, some repetitive rhyming words and patterns in the poems help our early readers learn to read or guess the words." — Sacramento Book Review"This rhyming picture book features a built-in game. Each spread asks a question which is never answered in the textchildren must fill in the answer themselves." — Reading TodayPraise for Rubinger's Big Cat, Small Cat:

She also shares about the differences on how men think about their careersand even jean shopping. It is here that I think this book struggles. You want them to succeed. As an example when George followed Patrick into the Air Force the Carlin boys accrued five court- martial's between them. The series ended in a realistic way, with a happy (and well-deserved) ending for Riley and Quinn. This one however has all new pix so I'll take it. The book focuses on famine itself - how famine develops, its effects and efforts to deal with it.

This book is probably the best popular treatment of the subject available. In this Celine shows herself as inexperienced and very naive. Were they really "just" best friends?

Sebby belonged to a group of friends who were incredible, funny, caring and came from all walks of life. The same goes for today as we jump on new technologies and the world wants immediate billions before we can really understand what the technology can do for us.
