It's a well researched book, but mostly references other people studies and conclusions, rather than than providing solutions. I don't own this book yet, but have looked at it various times. Recently, a colleague spent 3-days and $1995 USD to go off on a training course to pass his ITIL Foundation Exam. That said, the material is logically presented and clearly explained, making it as easy as possible to follow this inherently advanced material. Yossi Leshem is a genius. The illustrations were easy to understand and vivid.. Question: Is the same old, same old in your marriage insane because it's not going to change until you do? And do you want to remain there? If not, borrow or buy this book.. Rick was blessed with intelligence, athleticism, and good looks. In those, the death tolls and numbers of displaced were far higher. And the photos were good too :D
