I know just exactly what these cars looked like when they raced. Drag Racing was never any better then what it was in the 1960's. Guys like Phil Chisholm, Dave Kempton, Jere Stahl, Keith Berg, Joe Perzan, Wayne Jesel, Ted Harbit, John Archambault, Tom Schumacher, George Berejik, Joe Ellard, Callahan & Sulc, John Troxell, Bobby Warren, Boertman, LAW, the Roncas, Nejas, Ripes etc. This book is not the easiest read. Well researched and well done.. In fact, I know Shelly Brady and she is the type of person that would give anything to show the world how great someone else is, which is exactly what she did here. Find a seed library. But many women did travel this same road. As someone who works in waves, I have a ton of wave books. Food writer Betty Fussell's memoir, "My Kitchen Wars", was originally published in 1999. The book is intended, however, for professionals in the field, and won't exactly be a thrilling read for those who aren't interested in a lot of programmatic details.. The 195
