So, IMO, this is a good book, but I think in some places a little too revealing, and as I say, the ending rushed. Exactly what i was looking for. I did a lot of reading
up on this type of informational bookthere were several I had purchased and was not happy withthen I found this one. Then, also decided to take Sarno's advice and do the opposite of what the other "doctors" prescribed.
We both began exercising. At one-quarter the price, I would give it another star making it "OK". She did not always make the right choices, but at least now she was making them on her own and in her way. They advise building up routines, but only slowly, one at a time)
