The text is a bit dry and leaning towards a more scientific nature and the plates are a bit small for use as a field guide but it's still a valuable resource for information on this region. It's a good intro with some good ASP examples for newbies. They are all fantasically written. They do have a lot of material to read. Many books in this category focus on weight loss, vitality, or detoxing, but Jeremy’s approach explains the how-to for juicing as a dietary compliment to a weight training regimen.
Perhaps the book’s best feature is its focus on specific ingredients deemed by the author to be of the utmost importance for building muscle. I feel like he would be a competent writer of "non-speculative" fiction as well, an impression I don't get from many sci-fi authors.. So they settle as friends.
