It taught me a lot about how manic depressives act and what goes on inside their heads. I'll just add my two cents and say this book was horribly written and way overpriced when it was published in 2005. Bessen writes: “the economic power of mighty nations rests on the technical knowledge of the humble.” He fears that nations – the US principally, but other nations as well - are suffering from a deficit of political leadership in which broad-based, but deeply entrenched, political interests delay the implementation of new technologies and restrict job growth. Love this book! Fun information & just makes you want champaign & chocolate as well as time with Arthur Miller.. Each chapter is named for a song on the CD. Shortly thereafter this same character tells in great detail what's going to become of a certain little boy. The first 5 plays were of four acts each. I had to read a non fiction book for LA, and I chose this book. I loved the character development and enjoye
