Wow, what an Amazing Story with the creative mind of Derek Edgington. The art as a whole is shown, then various parts of the whole are blown-up and described in detail. Focus on the inches, not the pounds. Readers should be aware that the 2010 University of Chicago Press edition of Technics and Civilization omits Mumford's 15 pages of photographs. Andrew Bolton's BRAVEHEARTS: MEN IN SKIRTS is an over sized fashion book filled with color and black & white pictures of men in everything from skirts to sarongs.
It provides some detail about the history of men wearing skirts from different cultures and throughout time. The inches are how you know the fat is going away, especially around the abdomen. You will be eating less, so you will start to get those leftovers you can use for an extra dinner or lunch. I would rate it higher, but the constant errors made reading more difficult than necessary.. I just discovered this gem.
