I learned so much from this book. Then there is another lady that abhorrs everything bad in real life. You can't miss!
Anyway, if you were a fan of the series, check out John C. It will merely show you how to address the accelerometer and explain what it outputs.
I say this all not to deter from buying the book, but to clarify that this book is not intended for people who want a practical guide to build a game. This is a great book for those just getting motivated to do strength training on a regular basis.
