It is time to drive a stake into this sub-genre. I have read this book 3 times in the past 4 years. If one studies how people actually behave, one has a better chance of achieving one's policy goals. It certainly did for me! John laid out the foundation and everything you need to get started. Having first read this book 20 years ago and been following its guidelines every year since, I feel somewhat equiped to write a review for this book. A Alma Imoral exceeded all my expectations.
